Kissing Charlie Hold On Circle Skirt In Blue And Black

Adorable 3/4 circle skirt in black with blue detailing in a fabulous original design.  It has a retro rotary-dial phone base on the front, a curling cord that spells out “hold on,” and winds up to where the receiver is tucked into a pocket.  The skirt is fully lined and features four functional pockets–2 hidden in the side seams and 2 on the front.  Zips up the side with button closure, and the hem is banded in blue and black.
