This retro tea dress from Voodoo Vixen is perfect for all mermaids!!  The lovely fabric is a vintage nautical print with starfish and corals in white on a dark navy background.  The 40s-styling includes a soft and wavy fold-over collar that floats and flutters all around the neckline.  The sleeveless dress has a nipped-in waist and a gathered swing skirt.
