It features flattering short sleeves, a wide fitted waistband, vintage full circle skirt and a slightly off the shoulder neckline with button detail. This rockabilly frock is made in a nautical print on white background on top with solid navy skirt, collar, and sleeve cuffs. It fastens with a concealed side zipper.
